This privacy policy applies to the Android app TopCharts (package name: at.ncn.topcharts).

2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Technical connection data (for example IP address, timestamps, requested resources) when online content is loaded.
- Push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications.
- Purchase and subscription status via Google Play Billing to unlock premium features.
- Locally stored data (for example downloaded files and app settings) on your device.
3. App permissions
The app uses the following Android permissions, among others:

4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Providing core app features (content, downloads, premium features).
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: Consent-based features, especially notifications where required.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: Stability, security, and abuse prevention.
5. Recipients and third-party services
The app uses external services for specific features:
- Google Play Billing (Google) for purchases and subscriptions.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notifications.
Data may be processed in third countries (for example the United States). Where legally required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data retention
- Locally stored app data remains on your device until removed by you or until app uninstallation.
- Push tokens are stored as long as push delivery is active, or until uninstallation/opt-out.
- Technical log data is retained only as long as necessary for secure operation.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children's privacy
The app is not specifically directed to children. If we become aware of unlawfully processed children's data, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
